Kelsi Parenteau, owner of Saints and Sirens Wellness, is Detroit's premier sexuality doula. She is on a mission for you to embody both the Saint and the Siren within yourself – to fully own your divine sexuality in all its power and expression!
Event agenda:
1PM: Welcome & mingling. Light refreshments and snacks will be served.
1:30PM: Kelsi will present an introduction to herself and her work as a sexuality doula. She will offer some strategies & rituals for building self confidence and self love. Q&A available at the end of the presentation.
2PM: Break out for 10-15 minute 1-1 mirror work sessions with Kelsi, shopping and mingling.

About Kelsi and Saints and Sirens Wellness:
Kelsi Parenteau, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, is Detroit’s premier Sexuality Doula. She's a metro Detroit-based millennial woman with a passion for helping others become their most authentic, expressive selves.
After finishing college, she began teaching Barre/Pilates classes as a ‘side hustle’ to keep herself active while she ascended in her corporate career. She truly enjoyed the connections that she made with her clients over those several years in the studio, and the bond of sisterhood and support created and fostered in that environment. She branded her classes as fun, sexy, and sassy, and her clients knew she was open and receptive to any questions, even those beyond fitness.
Nothing was off limits when she was talking to her clients, and it became a regular occurrence for her to hear about their most inner selves that they didn’t seem to have an outlet to share anywhere else. Their sex lives, relationship issues, and journey to self-confidence were all confided to Kelsi, and she treasured their trust and bravery in sharing these deepest, darkest parts of their life.
From her own experiences and standpoints, Kelsi listened, laughed, and spoke at length about all sorts of “hush hush” topics, especially in regards to spirituality and sexuality. Before long, it became apparent that her calling went much further than just fitness classes!
More and more, rather than simply giving advice, the network of people that were reaching out to Kelsi and asking for her help in regards to the topics of spirituality and sexuality extended from close friends and Pilates clients, to friends of friends, and then purely word-of-mouth. She was getting emails and texts and DMs from all different women and all walks of life, who had certain questions they didn’t want to take anywhere else, asking for Kelsi's help in navigating these supposed taboos and their quest for information and exploration within a safe space.
She now realizes that this is something much bigger, and it feels like magic. Kelsi has decided that she wants her sisters in this life to join her on this incredible journey and simply become MORE. She wants you to live fully, to have better sex, and let that freak flag fly!
